Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary by up to 45 minutes), Monday–Friday, term time only
Contract: Full-time

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, inclusive school in Royston. In this role, you’ll work closely with children with SEN, providing the support they need both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN.
Assist learning during lessons, as well as at break and lunchtimes.
Support the class teacher with daily activities.
Help keep the classroom safe, organised, and engaging.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with SEN children (desirable, not essential).
Be patient, reliable, and committed to supporting young people.
Show initiative and a proactive approach — a must.
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (Update Service).
Have permanent UK residency (essential).
