Job Title: Entry-Level Billing and Accounts Receivable Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Entry-Level Billing and Accounts Receivable Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in finance or accounting. The successful candidate will assist in processing invoices, monitoring payments, and supporting day-to-day financial operations while receiving hands-on training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices based on provided data
* Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payment under supervision
* Support the team in processing incoming payments and allocating them correctly in the system
* Help maintain accurate records of billing and accounts receivable activities
* Perform basic reconciliations and data entry tasks
* Assist with generating accounts receivable reports and summaries
* Work closely with senior team members to resolve simple billing issues
* Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong interest in finance, accounting, or business administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
* Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Internship or academic project experience related to accounting or billing
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus
