Job Title: Consultant Engineer – Mechanical Engineering

Salary: Circa £60,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive the analysis, definition, and delivery of engineering solutions that directly shape programme success and exceed customer expectations
* Use your technical expertise to advance system and process development, taking the lead in solving high-impact engineering challenges
* Champion technical assurance, ensuring all engineering outputs are robust, compliant, and ready for critical programme milestones
* Build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted ambassador for engineering
* Inspire and develop colleagues through proactive mentoring while strengthening links with key professional institutions
* Play a pivotal role in governance as a Design Review Assessor and/or through Delegated Authority when required
Your Skills And Experiences
1. Degree qualified in relevant subject (or equivalent through experience), with Chartered status preferred
