Teach English and/or Maths to GCSE level. Help students have high aspirations and gain qualifications that open doors to future opportunities. Be a pivotal figure in a young person’s journey by building professional, nurturing, and positive relationships and motivating students to achieve their potential.
As a Teacher In Our School, You Will
* Inspire students by creating engaging, real-world learning experiences.
* Plan and deliver learning opportunities that challenge and support students at all levels.
* Manage complex behaviours with a non-judgemental, consistent, and flexible approach, using effective communication strategies.
* Champion a trauma- and attachment-informed approach (extensive training and support provided).
* Contribute to decision-making to drive academic and extracurricular development.
* Collaborate with therapy professionals, parents/carers, local authority teams, and students to secure outstanding outcomes.
