Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Supervisor located in Redruth. The Customer Services Supervisor will oversee and manage the customer service and fuel sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include supervising customer support activities, handling customer service management tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. The role also involves training and mentoring the customer service staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining high service standards.
