What you'll be doing
* Oversee IT system implementations and operational improvements across the institution
* Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and efficient IT solutions to support institutional operations
* Translate organisational needs into actionable IT strategies and project plans
* Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and transfer pricing processes
* Govern vendor performance to ensure cost-effective, value-driven partnerships
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to align on scope, governance, and service standards
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree level in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Systems or related studies
* 12 - 15 years of IT experience in healthcare, with 10 years in leadership roles
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
