Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the Role
This role is an entry‑level commercial position focused on supporting the sales team in growing the business. The Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant also includes elements of marketing through customer messaging, content preparation, and market insight work, making it a well‑rounded starting point for a career in commercial or marketing functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support sales team in driving business growth
* Assist with lead generation and customer outreach
* Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials
* Engage with potential and existing customers
* Help manage sales pipeline and related admin tasks
* Work with data to support decision-making
* Contribute to customer messaging and content creation
What Experience is Required
* Interest in sales and commercial business
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working with data and presentations
* Relevant experience in business, marketing, or related field (desirable)
* Able to understand sales performance figuresFull Office 365 package experience
