Talented Residential Conveyancer
A highly reputable and well-established legal firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its successful team. This office-based role is located in Maidenhead, easily accessible by train, with the added benefit of a parking permit if driving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Manage your own caseload and maintain regular communication with clients and agents to keep them updated on case progress.
3. Actively build relationships to promote the firm’s services and identify opportunities for cross-selling other legal services.
4. Collaborate with the team while contributing to business growth.
Requirements:
5. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential and New Homes transactions.
6. Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
7. Proven experience handling high volumes of transactions.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proficiency with case management systems.
10. A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
