Job overview

This post is for internal candidates to The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust and Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. The post holder will support the Medicine and Emergency Care Division with data submission to support the delivery of a quality focused service.

The post holder will work with the management team to ensure consistent and accurate submission of a specific data set within required time frames.


Main duties of the job

If you are looking for an opportunity to explore future career options and feel you have the necessary tools to bring to the role, we are offering an opportunity within our Medicine Directorate. The role will function as part of a team and will support several specialty services within the Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational management team. The post holder will fulfil a crucial role in fostering excellent communication and working relationships with the clinical specialties and their teams.

You must have a strong focus on delivery and a desire for success. You should have the skills to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and motivate others effectively.
