Conveyancer Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our client\'s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. This role is open to candidates who are qualified by experience or through formal legal qualifications.
Conveyancer Key Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.Conduct property searches, liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.Manage the exchange of contracts and completion process.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices.Use case management systems to ensure efficient workflow.Provide excellent client service, addressing any queries promptly and professionally.Key Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx) OR extensive experience in a similar residential conveyancing role.Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently.Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.A proactive and client-focused approach.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career development and progression.Supportive and collaborative team environment.
