Risk, Issue & Change Management

* Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and review activities throughout the project lifecycle
* Proactively manage issues and interdependencies to drive timely resolution
* Own project change control processes, including impact assessments and approvals
* Escalate risks and issues when required while actively supporting resolution

Financial & Commercial Management

* Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts while maintaining cost and schedule control
* Partner with Procurement to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services
* Support business case development in collaboration with Business and Finance teams
* Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where required

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

* Act as the primary owner and point of contact for assigned projects
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Lead project reviews, gate meetings, and executive briefings
* Communicate clearly across all levels, managing expectations and resolving conflicts constructively

Cross‑Functional & Technical Collaboration

* Lead and coordinate global, multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
* Support requirements definition, technical reviews, and lifecycle planning in collaboration with engineering teams
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with applicable quality systems and regulatory requirements

Leadership & Ways of Working

* Provide clear direction and leadership within matrix teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and best practices
* Coach and support project team members as appropriate

Your ideal background
