Are you a results-driven digital marketer who loves all paid social advertising and email marketing? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and take the lead on driving performance across paid social channels and Klaviyo email campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing
Paid Social Advertising
* Assist in planning, launching, and optimising paid social ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
* Test creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve results.
* Provide regular performance reports and insights to the team.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
* Build, manage, and optimise Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, etc.).
* Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
* A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts for best performance.
* Report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and revenue attribution.
Campaign Support & Collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and product launches.
* Support with ad creative ideas, email design, and customer journey improvements.
* Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in paid social ad management (Meta Ads essential; TikTok, Pinterest, or other platforms a plus).
* Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns and automations.
* Confident with performance analysis, reporting, and optimisation.
* Creative mindset with an eye for good ad copy and visuals.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
