Customer Support Executive – Long term Contract Role Location: Warwickshire
Full time on site - 5 days a week
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—handling high‑volume iing calls, resolvingplaints, and ensuring customer queries are managed efficiently and professionally. You’ll also play a key part in our operational coordination by scheduling appointments, organising service requests, and keeping internal teams updated.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Contact & Support
1. Handle a high volume of iing calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
2. Provide clear, accurate information and support to customers.
3. Log and track all customer interactions using internal systems.
4. Manage and resolve customerplaints in a timely and solution‑focused manner.
5. Escalateplex issues to senior team members where necessary.
6. Follow up on open cases to ensure customers receive updates and resolutions.
Organising & Scheduling
7. Schedule appointments, meetings, and service bookings.
8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
9. Maintain and update calendars, schedules, and tracking systems.
Administrative & Operational Support
10. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
11. Prepare reports and summaries of customer activity or recurring issues.
12. Support the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative duties.
Skills & Experience
13. Experience in a customer service or contact‑centre environment (high‑volume calls preferred).
14. Strongmunication skills—confident, clear, and empathetic.
15. Proven ability to handleplaints professionally and constructively.
16. Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities.
17. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
18. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
