Street Cleansing Operative needed in Burnham on Sea, £12.45ph

We are seeking a Street Cleansing Operative to carry out street cleansing operations across Somerset. Responsibilities include litter picking, hand sweeping, bin emptying, fly tip removal, and toilet cleaning, along with other related duties.
The role involves driving a non-LGV vehicle and machinery as required, performing basic vehicle and equipment maintenance such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressures, and ensuring cleanliness. You will also complete the Daily User Check and report any defects to your supervisor or management.
This is a full-time position on a temporary contract basis.
