Role Overview:We are seeking a Duty Technician to support tech operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident, Request, and Change Handling: Efficiently manage and resolve operational issues within agreed SLAs.
2. Queue Management: Monitor and prioritise tickets to ensure timely resolution.
3. Customermunication: Provide clear and professional updates to stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
4. Server Support: Perform server resets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
5. Escalation Management: Liaise with 3rd Line support forplex technical problems.
6. Software Builds & Hardware Fixes: Execute builds and apply fixes as required.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations across shifts.
Requirements:
8. Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments.
9. Experience in incident and change management processes.
10. Ability to work in a shift-based role (including nights and weekends).
11. Excellentmunication and customer service skills.
12. Familiarity with supply chain operations is advantageous.
Shift Details:
13. Pattern: 4 days/nights on / 4 days/nights off
14. Hours: 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00 (12-hour shifts)
