About the role:

Join our vibrant Field Department, comprised of over 60 team members, overseeing a vast network of 500+ interviewers across the UK. As a Technical Specialist, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining systems that enhance departmental efficiency and automation. You will serve as a vital link between our Field Department and Technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution by creating performance reports and collaborating with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.


About you:

Essential

* Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA.
* Logical and critical thinking skills.
* Analytical mindset.
* Strong communication skills.
* Collaborative experience in technical teams.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with Power Automate.
* Knowledge of SQL and Web Development.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Experience of Market Research methodologies and processes.
* Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks.
