A senior leader within the Operations team who, in close conjunction with the Customer Service Director - Aprolis UK, leads and develops all aspects of the Operations business Job Description You will be responsible for the ongoing commercial and operational management of a range of areas, specifically: Health, Safety & Environment Across the agreed regional area of responsibility Recruitment and retention Lead, support and develop the recruitment and retention of people within AoR Lead an approach of development and opportunity within AoR Sales Close support of the sales team in the objective of retention, growth and new business Customer Service Ensure customer experience is of the highest order Financial Creation and achievement of operations budget Business Systems – Operations Ensure the use and understanding of business systems is a high priority Quality Standards Maintain processes inline with quality standards Acquisition support Direct support to the CEO / COO in the post-acquisition process Direct and indirect support of businesses that have been acquired.
