We, Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. are hiring for the position of Senior Engineer / Business Manager at Southampton, UK.
We're looking for a dynamic professional with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead and deliver transport infrastructure projects and tenders in #UK and Internationally.
This role suits someone and ready to take on wider leadership responsibilities and operate at a level aligned with Associate Director potential.
The job details are as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals for transport infrastructure projects.
Drive business development and maintain strong Client relationships in UK and Internationally.
Manage and deliver complex projects across multiple geographies.
Qualifications:
️ Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, Highways, Geotechnics or a related field.
️ Master's degree in any Civil discipline will be an added advantage.
️ Proven track record in bidding for infrastructure tenders internationally, particularly with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and project delivery.
️ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
️ Commercially driven, client-focused, and proactive in approach.
️ Be part of a global Organization with 1600+ professionals across 5 continents.
