You will support the Regional Account Manager in managing and delivering contractual obligations and client expectations while monitoring and reporting on Service Delivery performance as required. A key responsibility is managing budgets effectively to ensure contract profitability while delivering outstanding service to the school. The role requires managing and supporting teams to meet contract requirements and service delivery standards in line with MITIE's values. Guidance must be provided to site teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a timely manner, ensuring that budgets and specifications are met. Health and safety compliance is a critical component, which includes liaising with clients on policies and procedures and assisting with audit processes. You will engage with support functions and specialists to coordinate their input into contracts and maintain effective communication with clients during regular meetings. Additionally, the role involves producing monthly and ad hoc reports with validated data, including FM services, additional hours, utilities, damages, lifecycle, variations, and benchmarking. Feedback will be provided to the Account Manager on service delivery, staff management, and legal compliance, ensuring continuous improvement. Further responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for Authority/SPV and school representatives, performing Authorising or Responsible Person duties, assessing damage jobs for cost recovery, and managing day-to-day staff issues such as recruitment, discipline, and development. You will oversee the selection, training, and retention of staff in line with MITIE's HR policies while supporting their career development and succession planning.
