*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Blackheath*
*Part-Time Hours - Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays*
We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Dental Beauty Blackheath. This is a great opportunity to make a different to the lives of patients in a fast-paced, rewarding role.
Dental Beauty Blackheath is an award-winning practice located in South East London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately.
There would also be the opportunity for this role to be dual-site with our sister practice, Dental Beauty Lee on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
* Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
* Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
* Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
* To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
* If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
