Job Description: Senior Project Manager As a Senior Project Manager/Leader at Telent, you will be trusted and empowered to deliver critical and complex work. We currently have several SISS projects ongoing for our Rail customers across England. You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships as well as the overall management and coordination of upcoming projects. This is a hybrid role based out of our Warwick HQ, with travel to customer sites across England when needed. What You’ll Do: Develop overall project delivery and reporting processes to ensure projects meet standards and timeframes. Act as the customer interface for Telent on allocated projects. Manage financial performance and reporting of projects to Telent and customer stakeholders. Provide detailed and regular project reviews, reports, and KPIs for Telent and clients. Ensure contractual quality, health & safety for all projects. Provide leadership and direction for the project team. Plan and ensure the correct resources are booked and available. Manage subcontractor selection and management. Ensure timely material orders within budget. Conduct regular site safety inspections to promote safety culture. Support the bid team for tenders and responses. Who you are: You will have previous experience managing SISS projects within the rail industry, with a portfolio of projects exceeding £4M. Key requirements: Experience working on SISS projects within Rail. Excellent knowledge of Profit & Loss accounts and cash flow forecasting. Strong financial and commercial experience managing multi-million-pound projects. Ability to lead teams in complex environments. Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
