What is the role?
Joining us as a Central Services Analyst you will play a vital part in assisting with gaming operational support and analysis. You will:
* Work with internal departments & stakeholders to both develop new and enhance existing reporting.
* Proactively assist with reviewing the estate performance on a venue/regional/national level.
* Identifying trends in performance and subsequently opportunities for growth and potential risks.
* Assist with ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly reports are distributed, on time and accurate, thus driving forward performance.
* Assist the Gaming team with all administration tasks.
* Take direction from the Gaming team to assist with all daily tasks and queries.
* Assist in ensuring the Gaming team is a value adding service provider.
* Assist in the peer review testing of existing and new reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy
Who are we looking for?

This role will suit a recent university graduate (with appropriate degree) or with 1 – 2 years of experience looking for the next step in their career and wanting to develop in an exciting business.
This position requires you to have the following criteria:
* Commercially minded and able to add an insightful value to the business
* Diligent and thorough with an analytical and numerate outlook and excellent eye for attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills especially working with MS office
* Good administration skills
* Desirable - Experience with industry standard BI tools such as Tableau or similar (not essential as training can be provided).
* Desirable – A degree or appropriate qualification in an analytical or related subject.
