Every artwork we sell follows a complex journey across countries and continents before reaching its new owner. Our Logistics & Operations team ensures collections are arranged, couriers are booked, paperwork is completed, deadlines are met, and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities
As a Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Arranging collections and preparing them for transport.
* Booking and coordinating couriers.
* Completing necessary paperwork and customs documentation.
* Managing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
* Communicating with clients, suppliers, and couriers to keep them updated.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Exceptionally organised.
* A strong communicator.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
* Confident working with clients, suppliers, and couriers.
* A problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
* Eager to learn and develop within a growing business.
An interest in art is a bonus, but attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail are far more important.
