About the Role
Our client, a leading national training provider, is seeking a Hospitality Coach to support the delivery of apprenticeship programmes. This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in hospitality management who are passionate about developing others and fostering professional growth within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver coaching to learners in their workplaces, supporting them in achieving apprenticeship standards.
* Provide guidance and motivation to help learners attain career-building qualifications.
* Maintain clear records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements using a bespoke learner platform (training provided).
* Work with a range of clients across the hospitality industry.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Experience in both front of house and back of house roles.
* Supervisory or managerial experience in a food and beverage environment.
* Ability to meet targets and manage responsibilities in high-demand settings.
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
* Comfortable working independently.
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 3 in Senior Production Chef or Hospitality Supervision.
* BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
* Experience delivering training within the sector.
* Familiarity with apprenticeships, either through direct involvement or supporting roles.
