Join us as an Occupational Therapist at the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working on Victoria Ward – an inpatient unit supporting older adults through acute mental health crises in Guildford, Surrey. You will deliver person-centred interventions and supervise activity coordinators and occupational therapy apprentices.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Successful Applicants Will Be Able To Demonstrate The Following:
* Provide high quality and evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and interventions, both group and individual, in line with occupational therapy pathways.
* Communicate effectively with service users, carers, the multidisciplinary team, and relevant external agencies.
* Contribute to the generic functioning of the team.
* Provide supervision and mentoring to junior occupational therapists, occupational therapy apprenticeships, support workers, and activity coordinators (as appropriate).
* Provide occupational therapy student placements.
* Contribute to service development and audits.
* Take on the role of lead professional as appropriate.
