Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Licensed Engineers in maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleet
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity for both scheduled and reactive demands
Coordinate work requirements, defect rectification, and AOG recovery
Promote operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadership
Foster a positive culture that supports today's operation and future growthJob Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence with certification experience
Experience in leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment
Embraer E190 type training (desired), however not essential as type training will be provided
Solid understanding of CAA Part 145 procedures
Valid UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access and airside driving licence
Passion for mentoring and developing team membersBenefits:
