Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public. Create a safe place to visit and work. Manage a team of operatives. Run the site when the supervisor is absent. Open and close the site depending on which shift pattern. Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources What are we looking for? Experience within a similar operational team leader role Good IT skills Good working operational knowledge of Health & Safety Preferred experience in waste industry and customer service What’s next?
