Job Description

As Senior Art Director, you will be the visual lead of our brand, translating strategy into compelling creative across all touchpoints. You’ll oversee the full spectrum of campaign and content development - from concept to execution - guiding a team of art directors, photographers, retouchers, videographers and editors to uphold and evolve our brand aesthetic. With a deep understanding of beauty, fashion, and cultural cues, you'll help shape the brand’s visual direction in a way that resonates globally and connects emotionally.


Job Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a senior role
* Proven experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
* A strong portfolio that shows range, taste, and leadership
* Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One (and Figma preferred) and confident working with motion and video teams.
* A solid understanding of post‑production processes and team management experience, along with excellent research, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
* Organised, pro‑active and methodical with workflow
* Skilled in delivering creative ideas with conviction to stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and remaining calm in a fast paced environment.
* Natural leader, self‑starter, and cross‑functional collaborator


Job Responsibilities

* Lead visual concepting and multi‑channel execution by ideating, developing and delivering impactful, beautiful, cutting‑edge creative with strong storytelling
* Create a consistent and elevated look and feel across all brand assets, considering all formats and channels, unifying the output of copy, imagery, video and design
* Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering an environment of high standards and original thinking
* Inspire your team to develop outstanding visual solutions in‑line with the business’ creative strategy for all channels including the website, email, social media (organic and advertising), in‑pack advertising, offline advertising, retail and event executions and more
* Working closely with producers on projects towards the shared goal of delivering on‑time, on‑brief and on‑budget
* Collaborate closely with our Ecommerce, Social Media, Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistency and cohesion across all customer touchpoints and to deliver creative solutions that drive results based on specific channel‑led briefs and objectives
* Direct shoots—from briefing photographers and stylists to overseeing post‑production and retouching
* Owning quality‑control and oversight at final delivery.
