What You'll Do:
* managing and/or supporting on a number of unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions claims
* drafting Tribunal forms, including Grounds of Resistance
* drafting settlement agreements and witness statements
* managing electronic data sites, uploading documentation, and liaising with third parties
* creating bundles (in hard copy and electronically) for Tribunal claims and preparing for hearings
