Position:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our Mental Health Service team in Poole. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference and add value as part of a dedicated team of professionals.
You will serve as a key Support Worker for a number of clients, conducting regular one-to-one sessions to build positive, trusting, and respectful relationships, helping them progress towards independent living.
