Compliance Manager (Fire Lead)
Salary: £34,667 - £37,068 per annum

The Role:
Worcestershire County Council (WCC) Facilities Management Team seek a competent and qualified Fire Safety Manager with a relevant, successful and current track record, to fulfil the role of Compliance Manager (Fire Lead).
Working alongside your Asbestos and Water counterparts and reporting to the Portfolio Manager Contracts & Compliance, as the nominated Responsible Person Fire you will oversee the provision, management and quality assurance of an end-to-end Fire Risk Management service delivery across 100+ WCC Corporate assets and ensure that they comply with all prevalent regulation and legislation, including but not limited to, the Regulatory Reform (Fire) Order 2005, the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, and WCC Fire Policy, and that all associated WCC and contractor KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
This role also extends to providing a monitoring and advisory service to a further 80+ WCC Maintained Schools.
