Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Appointment Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced team at their Banbury Head Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, managing schedules, and supporting a busy sales function. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and customers receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to survey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for Sales Surveyors from incoming customer enquiries.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the CRM system.

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing product information and support where appropriate.

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

  • Manage diaries effectively, ensuring appointments are allocated and organised efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

  • Previous experience within a customer service, administration, or appointment scheduling role.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • An excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and experience using CRM systems.

  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. xsngvjr
