Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next exciting challenge?
We are working with a vibrant, forward-thinking “Good” Ofsted-rated primary school in the heart of Ealing, where “Outstanding” teaching and a genuine sense of community make this a truly special place to work. The school prides itself on nurturing curiosity, confidence, and creativity in every pupil — and now they’re looking for a passionate HLTA to join their dedicated Key Stage 2 team.
The Role
You’ll be joining a welcoming staff team and supporting pupils in Year 3 and Year 4, providing high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Delivering PPA cover and planned teaching sessions
• Leading small-group and 1:1 interventions (phonics, guided reading, pre-teaching, and speech & language where possible)
• Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom, including weekly swimming sessions
• Inspiring children to reach their full potential through engaging, inclusive practice
• This is an initial 12-week placement, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
About You
• You’ll hold HLTA status and bring proven classroom experience, confidence in leading learning, and a genuine love of education. You’ll be organised, proactive, and adaptable — ready to make an impact from day one.
Join a school where every day is different, every child matters, and every lesson counts.
If this sounds like your next step, we’d love to hear from you!
