Areyou a leader with a strong engineering background looking for a newchallenge We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Engineeringas part of our Technology Leadership Team. RPS is looking for adynamic candidate to manage and oversee our software engineeringdepartment.
In this new role you will be leadinga team of up to 20 engineers and testers implementing engineeringstrategies that align with our companys overall goals. Your roleincludes ensuring project completion within timelines and budgetsand collaborating with departments like product development andeditorial to align our projects with the companysstrategy.
Your responsibilities will also includestaying updated with emerging technologies and industry trendsensuring our company remains competitive and innovative. Compliancewith industry standards is crucial as is regular communication withstakeholders like senior management customers andpartners.

* Ability to thinkstrategically and implement engineeringstrategies

This role is a blend oftechnical knowledge project management leadership and strategicthinking. The successful candidate should be able to balance theseskills to effectively manage our engineering department and drivethe companys success.
You are part of theTechnology Leadership Team reporting to our Chief Technology Offer.You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisationPharmaceutical Press and our Professional Leadership Body.

Howwe are currentlyworking
RPSsupports and works in a hybrid way which means you will be able towork from home however there will be an expectation forcollaborative facetoface working on average and typically this maybe something between 48 working days per month at our LondonOffice.
