About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a major migration project, supporting stakeholders as they transition to a new platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new technology across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training sessions to stakeholders on the new platform.
* Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups.
* Work closely with the migration project team to understand system changes and training needs.
* Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the migration.
* Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT Trainer within large-scale projects.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences.
* Experience supporting system migrations or platform rollouts is highly desirable.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
