INTRODUCTION
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on one or more projects within our Customer portfolio, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements on technology and reporting projects. You will collaborate with business experts and technology teams to identify and implement solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business models.
The Senior Business Analyst will primarily focus on the Customer portfolio but may also work on projects across other capabilities within Commercial Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with Business Functions to translate business needs into benefits, project scope, and objectives aligned with strategic goals.
* Support vendor selection by collating requirements, scoring criteria, and aligning with business benefits.
* Prepare and facilitate workshops, including setting agendas, identifying participants, and creating materials.
* Work at various levels of detail, from high-level discussions to detailed requirements and test scripts.
* Communicate requirements to data, solution, and development teams to develop solutions collaboratively.
* Uphold enterprise data and information principles in system and reporting solutions development.
* Visualize process changes and impacts with stakeholders to establish understanding and accountability.
* Collaborate with project managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to govern scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks.
* Oversee projects within the Customer portfolio and identify synergies and dependencies across projects.
* Maintain and promote consistent Business Analysis methodologies across the domain.
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Effective communicator in technical and business contexts.
* Self-directed, independent, and capable of leading cross-functional projects.
* Proven relationship-building skills with management stakeholders.
* Experience delivering project artifacts and demonstrating business value, supported by industry certifications.
* Skilled in business modeling techniques, including BPMN (preferred).
* Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements with limited supervision.
* Basic understanding of data architecture and user experience principles.
* Industry experience in Retail and consumer-facing technologies is preferred.
