This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape how the business runs and supports its people.About the RoleAs Practice Manager, you’ll play a central role in supporting the strategic and operational effectiveness of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll oversee studio-wide functions including HR, quality assurance, health & safety, internal communications, and IT coordination.You’ll lead the administrative, graphics, and communications teams while acting as the key liaison for external consultants and suppliers. From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you’ll help ensure the studio runs smoothly, supports its people effectively, and is set up to thrive.This is a hands-on and strategic opportunity for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, strong organisation, and enabling a creative team to do their best work.
