Salary: £36,446

An opportunity for a Sustainability Advisor to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the delivery and development of the sustainability policy, and compliance with legislation and regulations across a wide range of diverse projects
* Monthly performance reports, analysing trends, opportunities, and risks
* Constantly scanning for key environmental risks, such as carbon impact, waste and impact to local government
* Current workstreams include those related to social value; sustainable procurement; decarbonisation; and sustainability data management. Other focus areas include circular economy; equality, diversity and inclusion; and corporate governance
* Provide sustainability advice, guidance and support to colleagues in the preparation of tenders and delivery of projects, with a focus on contracted environment and social sustainability requirements.
