General Caretaking duties including opening multi sites with complex alarm systems.
* Escorting visitors and contractors around sites.
* Health and safety, maintenance of buildings and grounds including painting, carpet cleaning,
high intensity cleaning, chemically sealing floors, reactive safety actions such as making safe
areas where vandalism/damage has occurred including window boarding.
* Stock control, stock distribution, ensuring all paperwork was up to date and procedures were
adhered to.
* CRB checked, setting up exhibition/event/exam/canteen areas and breaking down afterwards,
floor polishing/buffing, check fire extinguishers and suppression systems are working, pool
maintenance.
* I also attended many courses to allow me to carry out the above task

Hourly rate of pay £12.73
Up to 37 hours a week over 5 days
Occasional Saturday working may be available
Working as part of the Waste Collection Team, you will carry out waste collections across the Borough. This will include the collection of all waste and recyclables from household and commercial properties.
You must be flexible in your approach to achieving targets, have experience of working within a waste collection environment, preferably kerbside waste/recycling collections and be able to operate as part of a team.
You must be able to walk distances at a minimum of 8 to 10 miles per day as this is a physically demanding role, must be able to push and pull bins of various sizes over various distances and gradients in all weather conditions.
