Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
* Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers in your geographic area.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
* Work with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
* Plan and prioritize customer/client contact towards achieving business aims and sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* A proven track record of working within the electrical industry (experience with electrical contractors and/or MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control is advantageous)
* Ability to form and manage customer relationships across all levels of the business.
* Confident, with an optimistic ‘can do’ attitude and strong belief in own ability to succeed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence to lead meetings with internal and external customers.
