We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Lead Technician to help us deliver flawless installs and build our apprentices along the way.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the installation of HVAC systems and furnaces in residential homes—ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency
* Train and mentor Install Apprentices to become top‑performing HVAC pros
* Install ductwork, thermostats, and components with professionalism and precision
* Build trust and rapport with customers—create a 5‑star experience that leads to referrals
* Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure smooth job flow
* Maintain a clean and organized job site and keep your truck fully stocked
* Accurately complete all job‑related paperwork, reports, and time tracking
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and retreats—we grow together
* Show up, gear up, and lead by example—your on‑site presence matters
What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications)
* 3+ years direct install experience of HVAC systems, tools (vacuum pumps, recovery machines, refrigerant gauges, etc), codes, and installation techniques
* Proven ability to complete full system installs in one day/shift
* 3+ years experience metal fabrication in the field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills—you lead with clarity and confidence
* Comfortable reading blueprints and understanding job specs
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in tight, physically demanding spaces and extreme weather conditions
* 2+ years working with and developing apprentice technicians
