Plumber Multi Trade Required – North Cornwall
Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in the North Cornwall area on a responsive maintenance contract with a busy contractor. your patch will be Bodmin up to Bude.
Permanent role on the books with the client with a salary of £35-38,000 per annum van and a fuel card. Weekly pay and 23 days holiday bank holidays.

Plumber Multi Trade Day to Day:
5. All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
6. Main focus on plumbing work
7. Response and minor works
8. Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
9. Completing a variety of works in various other trades
10. Driving a company van safely and responsibly
11. Reporting to your supervisor
Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:
12. Plumbing qualification or time served
13. Good multi trade experience
14. Previous experience working within social housing
15. Good attitude
16. Honest and reliable
17. Full UK driving license
18. DBS will be done for successful candidate
