Interim Transformation Lead (PMO / Value Creation)
Location: London HQ + international exposure (US focus)
Duration: 6–12 months (likely extension)
Context
A high-growth, PE-backed business operating across consulting and SaaS is entering its next phase of scale.
The business is:
* Expanding internationally (notably US)
* Diversifying revenue streams (consulting → SaaS hybrid)
* Growing rapidly at the top line
However:
* The SaaS platform requires renewed focus and product evolution
* Growth initiatives lack central coordination and prioritisation
* There is limited KPI visibility, reporting structure, and financial discipline
Mandate
This role will act as a central transformation operator, working closely with the PE sponsor and CEO to:
1. Establish visibility & control
* Build structured reporting and KPI frameworks
* Create clear tracking across all strategic initiatives
* Enable prioritisation and decision-making at leadership level
2. Drive SaaS/product improvement
* Assess current SaaS offering vs client needs
* Support roadmap prioritisation and delivery focus
* Address churn risks and improve commercial performance
3. Support scalable, profitable growth
* Bring structure to international expansion (particularly US)
* Ensure growth aligns with profitability and cash flow
* Support key initiatives (pricing, new categories, revenue streams)
Candidate Profile
* Strategy background (ex MBB)
* Experience operating within a PE-backed environment
* SaaS / tech-enabled business models
* Strong analytical and structuring capability
* High EQ — able to influence founder-led environments
* Hands-on, low ego, delivery-focused
Success Looks Like

Day rate target: circa £1000 with flexibility.
