After an initial virtual orientation, you will be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Nearly all our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This approach allows you to learn the business from the ground up and understand your role in its success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a comprehensive training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will open up. Many graduates choose to advance within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years. Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, and understand cost control and profitability through P&L management. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will be developed to help you build lasting relationships with business partners. You will also learn to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be considered as an alternative.
* You must hold a full manual UK driving licence; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who do not drive.
* No recent drug or alcohol-related driving offences are permitted.
