Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Business Development Focus
Location: Erdington, Birmingham (B23)
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 DOE + Uncapped, Market-Leading OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT & SALES EXPERIENCE

Proactively winning new business through calls, visits, and networking
Building and converting your own pipeline of prospects
Identifying client pain points and positioning Siamo as a solution partner
Negotiating rates, terms, and closing deals confidently
Growing and managing your own desk like a mini business
Driving revenue through both temporary and permanent placementsWin Business
Consistently generate and convert new leads
Open new accounts and grow them into key clientsDrive Revenue
Understand margins, pricing, and profitability
Maximise every opportunity to increase billingsOwn the Sales Process
High outbound activity (calls, meetings, LinkedIn outreach)
