What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school
* Supporting pupils during lessons, small-group activities, and individual tasks.
* Helping pupils follow routines and stay engaged in ways that match their learning needs.
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to adapt activities where needed.
* Providing encouragement, reassurance, and consistency throughout the day.

* Experience in SEND is welcome, but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
