Key responsibilities
7. Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles on local and regional deliveries
8. Ensure timely deliveries in line with schedules
9. Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report issues
10. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic logs
11. Follow all health, safety, and traffic regulations
12. Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams
13. Assist with loading/unloading ensuring cargo safety
14. Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
15. Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record
16. Experience driving on UK roads, ideally around Coventry and surrounding areas
17. Strong understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance checks
18. Able to work consistent day shifts
19. Good communication skills and professional attitude
