Business Development Executive
Salary c£30k plus commission
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing and creative agency breaking the mould as their Business Development Executive.
Our Client
They believe that the traditional agency model is broken and are building something better. They are a remote first agency, working with a number of top brands and turnover is already well into 7 figures.
The Role
The founders have been responsible for their growth so far but now need support, hence this is a newly created role. You’ll manage their new business engine; researching prospects, leading on initial client conversations and helping to communicate to prospective clients how the agency differs and why its better for them. You’ll work to create appointments and conversations for the founders, working directly with them to build a smarter, faster sales function and with their full support to do things your way.
You
They’re bold, brave and outspoken, and are looking for someone similar, who wants to be part of something different. They’re open on background but you’ll have some experience of managing pipelines, having intelligent conversations and making appointments in a B2B sales environment. You’ll be excited by autonomy, energy and ownership, and can sell a movement, not just a service. You’ll get the opportunity to grow and they always look to promote from within.
