We're looking for a senior software engineer who still loves building software and has embraced the latest generation of AI development tools to dramatically increase their impact. You've probably spent 10+ years writing production code. You understand software design, architecture, testing, delivery and technical trade-offs because you've lived them. Over the last 6-18 months, you've also discovered that the way software is built is changing. You don't just use AI to generate snippets of code. You use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot or similar as genuine engineering accelerators. You know how to break down complex problems, guide AI effectively, challenge its outputs and combine human judgement with machine-assisted execution. You can deliver in days what previously took weeks. What You'll Be Doing Building and shipping software using modern AI-assisted development workflows Working with multiple LLMs and coding agents to accelerate delivery Solving complex engineering challenges across new and existing platforms Driving technical decisions while remaining deeply hands-on Identifying where AI adds value and where engineering judgement remains critical Helping shape modern software delivery practices in an AI-first environment We're Interested If You Have 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience (back-end preferred) A background as an Individual Contributor At least 12+ months of real-world experience using AI coding tools Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini or similar A track record of shipping high-quality software at pace Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, architecture and delivery Curiosity about emerging technologies and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
