* Job Title: Customer Service/Call Center Agent
* Location: Liverpool, UK
* Job Type: Part-Time
Working Hours:
* Monday to Sunday, 5 PM-10 PM (weekend availability is mandatory).
* Various shift patterns are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Training Period:
* 2 weeks of full-time training.
* Monday to Friday, 12 PM-8 PM.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service/call center agent, you'll play an essential role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service and support. Your tasks will include:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, offering reassurance to clients who may be anxious or upset.
* Communicating with a warm, welcoming telephone manner, always being personable and courteous.
* Providing comprehensive information and solutions with a customer-focused approach.
* Displaying empathy and emotional intelligence while managing emotions effectively.
* Coordinating customer care in line with company requirements.
* Utilizing technology to streamline processes effectively.
* Working professionally in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
